My study of Kundalini Yoga, mysticism and related subjects has given me an appreciation for meditation symbols, especially the endless knot which appears in the art of many cultures, mandalas which are typically round, labryinths (no wrong turns!), and the Sri Yantra the oldest known and most difficult to reproduce.
